Fournier Logo

Fournier

The Fournier Rotary Press illustrates a revolutionary concept to sludge dewatering. With six different models, the rotary press is the core process in dewatering and is complete with sludge and polymer feed systems.

The process is simple. When sludge is fed into the channel it is rotated between chrome-plated screens that revolve parallel to each other. As the sludge travels throughout the channel it continues to dewater and eventually it forms a cake near the end of the press. The Fournier rotary press utilizes friction during the churning-like process.

Fournier is headquartered in Quebec, Canada.  Learn more here about the rotary press.
